Undoubtedly, it’s really similar to the Sfogliatella but please do not call it that way!

Although at first careless glance it could appear similar, The Coda di Aragosta is a long way different from Sfogliatella. The dough is the same, but the more stretched form and overall the various fillings, between creams and chocolate, make it a unique dessert in his category.
